Based on the details of the Socio-Economic and Caste Based Census-2011 (SECC) survey, to cover the houseless families in the state under the housing assistance scheme and the recently implemented Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana as well as the requirement of allotting plots to the houseless families in various housing schemes of the state government or otherwise. In the scheme of giving free residential plots to houseless families in rural areas for building construction, the issue of making a resolution to make comprehensive reforms after considering the needs of different provisions of free plots of households was under the consideration of the government.
Resolution: After careful consideration, it is hereby resolved to make the following amendments/modifications in this scheme of providing free plots of 100 Sq.
